Web Application
605 DR1VE is a tablet-web application developed by 605.tv, a next-generation measurement and attribution company. The platform uses anonymized, aggregated subscriber viewing data and third-party consumer insights to help advertisers create and optimize media plans in real time. This data-driven approach empowers advertisers to reach their ideal audience with unmatched precision, making 605 DR1VE a critical tool in the modern ad tech landscape.
CHALLENGE
605.tv was operating an analytics platform that displayed detailed data about television and advertising, but the interface felt unwieldy, visually dated, and overwhelmed users with dense information. Their team needed a redesign that would make rich, quantitative insights feel accessible—turning raw viewer data into intuitive, insight-driven dashboards that agency analysts and clients could actually use.
Design
In Figma, a renewed visual system was crafted, merging clean data visualization patterns with a bold yet restrained aesthetic. The approach centered on clarity—transitioning from heavy charts to refined, dashboard-oriented displays with deliberate hierarchy and thoughtful whitespace. Interactive prototypes enabled feedback loops with stakeholders that informed layout decisions, ensuring each dashboard component aligned with user priorities while advancing readability and engagement.
development
Design fidelity and implementation were aligned through close collaboration with front-end developers, who translated the Figma-based style guide into dynamic, responsive components. Each information module was modularized for consistency and flexibility, fostering a structure that supported rapid updates and multi-screen responsiveness. This collaboration ensured that the design’s intent—to present complex data in a clean, flexible, and performant manner—was preserved in execution.
takeaway
The redesign transformed 605.tv’s platform from a dense, information-heavy experience into a clear and actionable analytics tool. Users were able to digest insights faster, explore data more fluidly, and feel confident in interpreting the visuals—leading to better decision-making for media clients. This project underscored the power of design systems and clean data visual language in making quantitative insights genuinely usable, reinforcing how meaningful design can drive smarter interactions with analytics.
