CHALLENGE
An adult day care center needed its online presence transformed from outdated and clunky to inviting and trustworthy. The existing site lacked clear navigation, modern visuals, and accessibility, making it hard for visitors—especially older adults and their families—to access essential information. The aim was to redesign the site to reflect the center’s compassionate values and provide intuitive access to services, location, and contact details.
Design
Developed a clean, welcoming visual identity using warm color tones, legible typography, and spacious layouts in Figma. Organized content into clear, accessible sections—programs, team, schedules, and contact—ensuring information hierarchy supports older user navigation. Established a responsive design that maintains readability and functionality across devices, paired with accessibility-first thinking (e.g., high contrast, clear buttons) to better serve all visitors.

The redesign was prototyped in Framer, enabling quick iteration and stakeholder review. CMS integration ensured non-technical staff could update schedules, photos, and content independently. Collaboration with developers prioritized performance and accessibility compliance, while ensuring the live site remained aligned with design intent and brand values.

The redesign elevated the website into an approachable digital space that truly reflects the center’s caring mission. Early feedback highlighted that families found what they needed faster and felt more confident reaching out.
