PROBLEM

Servpro, a disaster restoration and cleanup services company, identified several areas of concern with their current website (www.servpro.com). The site's lack of mobile responsiveness, unclear navigation, and subpar user experience were hindering customer engagement and brand credibility.

PROPOSED SOLUTION

To address these issues, a comprehensive redesign strategy was proposed. This included adopting a mobile-first approach, optimizing the website for responsiveness across devices, simplifying navigation with clear service categories and a top horizontal menu, incorporating a one-click contact button for easy communication, and enhancing visual appeal through impactful banners and engaging content.
