PROBLEM
The existing website lacked key features such as user login, optimal landing page focus, and functional property search tools. Additionally, the map view and image presentation were subpar, leading to user dissatisfaction and inefficiencies in finding suitable rental properties.
PROPOSED SOLUTION
To address these issues, a phased approach was adopted. Phase 1 focused on enhancing user experience by improving the landing page layout, optimizing property search features, and upgrading the map view with larger images. Phase 2 introduced new features like user login, advanced search options based on location, budget, and desired amenities, as well as a live chat function for prompt assistance.
