We started with the discovery phase, diving deep into the world of asset managers, contractors, and vendors, especially those at SylvanRoad Capital LLC. We listened to their needs and pain points, gathering invaluable insights to shape our vision.
In the planning phase, we outlined the technical requirements, prioritized features, and crafted a detailed project roadmap. The design phase brought our ideas to life with wireframes and prototypes. We conducted multiple rounds of usability testing to ensure the app was user-friendly and met our users' needs.
Once we had a solid design, we moved into development, building both the front-end and back-end of the app. We integrated seamlessly with RealAUV and vNext systems, ensuring smooth data flow. Rigorous testing followed to make sure everything worked perfectly.
Before the big launch, we released a beta version, promoted it through various marketing channels, and provided user training.
